Eddipanion will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon milestones and timelines; however, final delivery schedules may be adjusted based on:

• Third-party dependencies

• Delayed approvals or feedback

Project delivery timelines will be discussed and documented during the proposal or onboarding phase.

Consulting & Strategy Services

Consulting recommendations, operational strategies, learning development plans, AI enablement guidance, and digital transformation recommendations are based on information provided by the client and industry best practices available at the time of engagement.

Clients are responsible for final implementation decisions within their organizations. Eddipanion does not guarantee specific business, operational, financial, compliance, or workforce outcomes resulting from consulting recommendations.

Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Proposal responses, strategic recommendations, pricing models, creative concepts, instructional strategies, technical approaches, and related documentation provided during RFP processes remain the intellectual property of Eddipanion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Submission of an RFP response does not guarantee project acceptance, partnership formation, or service engagement.

 

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Eddipanion respects the confidentiality and intellectual property rights of all clients, collaborators, and partners.

All confidential information shared during consultations, discovery sessions, project development, or strategic planning will be treated with professional discretion and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties unless required by law or authorized in writing.

Client intellectual property, proprietary systems, internal documentation, trade secrets, learning materials, and business information remain the property of the client unless otherwise agreed upon through a separate written agreement.

Likewise, all Eddipanion methodologies, frameworks, creative assets, visual concepts, instructional strategies, proposal materials, branding elements, and proprietary development processes remain the intellectual property of Eddipanion unless explicitly transferred in writing.

 

Revisions & Scope Changes

Projects include a mutually agreed-upon scope of work. Requests outside the approved scope may require additional fees, timeline adjustments, or revised agreements.

Excessive revisions or substantial strategic changes after approval phases may result in project reevaluation and updated delivery timelines.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Access to required systems or materials when applicable

• Legal rights to any materials shared with Eddipanion for project use
